Gender Equity Strategy and Action Plan 2021-2026

Gender equality is about fundamental human rights and is integral to our commitment to be a world class university. Western Sydney University has a proud record for advancing gender equality. Considerable effort has been made to increase the representation of women in leadership positions, to reduce the gender pay gap, and to promote workplace flexibility.

The 2021-2026 Gender Equity Strategy and Action Plan seeks to support the University's efforts in recruiting, retaining and helping female staff to advance. The Strategy also seeks to develop and achieve a deeper understanding and commitment to gender equity across the entire organisation.

Accessibility Action Plan 2025-2027

The Western Sydney University 2025-2027 Accessibility Action Plan (Opens in a new window) articulates a cohesive whole-of-University plan for building a strong foundation of inclusion, progressively removing barriers to access and continuing to work to ensure that students and staff have the ability to excel in a safe inclusive and equitable environment.
