Addressing Selection Criteria

When you reach step five of the online application process, you will be required to address the position's selection criteria.

Selection criteria are used by the selection panel to learn more about a candidate's experience as it relates to the role. When applying for a position, you are encouraged to demonstrate how your experience relates to the selection criteria using relevant examples - it is not sufficient to simply state that you possess certain skills or experience.

Effectively demonstrating that you meet all of the essential criteria will increase your chances of being invited for an interview.
