Every year the LEAD program kicks off with a leadership conference in the Intrasession break. The conference usually features a day jam-packed with keynotes from industry leaders, interactive breakout sessions, networking events and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. Attending the conference in full and providing feedback post conference could help you earn 40 points towards the completion of your LEAD program. This years theme is 'Leading without a title' and will take place on Monday April 29th.
2018 Conference Highlights
The 2018 conference with the theme of ‘Become a game changer’ took place on Friday 4 May. It covered a wide range of topics relevant to transformative leadership, including negotiation, influencing others, leading through change, the outward mindset and diversity and inclusion. Some of our distinguished guests included the Arbinger Institute, Optus, nbn, the Laugh Masters Academy, LinkedIn and the FRANK team. They were supported by Western Sydney University matter experts.
