Specific services for Online students

Along with our normal services, we provide specific services to support you as a Western Sydney University Online student.

Please note: the services below are only available to Online students.

News

  • Spring exam opening hours: During Spring exams (31 October – 20 November), Student Central will open half an hour before the first exam and close half an hour after the start of the last exam of each day. That means we're on hand to help when you need us during your exams

Forms

All our forms are available online, either as an eForm or downloadable PDF.

If you can make it to campus, you can also get a hard (paper) copy of all forms from Student Central.

If you can't access a PDF form online or make it to a campus, please contact us via phone or email (as below) and we will arrange to have a hard copy form posted to you.

Opening hours

The Student Central infoline (1300 668 370) is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
