Successful International Testing ProgramConsulting New with Professor Bijan Samali and international industry

Our Consulting Services team has successfully completed an international structural testing program in partnership with Godrej Storage Solutions, a division of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd, India — a well-known Indian company with a strong global presence in engineering, manufacturing, and consumer products.

The project involved structural testing of industrial racking systems and was completed in 2024 at the university’s Advanced Structural Laboratory, under supervision of Professor Bijan Samali. The testing was carried out to support Godrej’s plans to enter the Australian, and European markets, ensuring their products meet the required structural performance and safety standards.

All tests were conducted in full compliance with the Australian Standard AS 4084:2023 – Steel storage racking and the European Standard EN 15512:2020 – Adjustable pallet racking systems.

This successful collaboration reflects our Consulting Services’ strong commitment to global industry engagement, applied research, and excellence in structural engineering.
