Completions Dashboard
The completions dashboard is an interactive dashboard that displays the number of completions as per the official reporting guidelines for the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) by various demographics.
Course Demographics
The Course Demographics dashboard is an interactive dashboard that displays the demographic breakdown of students by course at Western. The allows you to filter by campus, residency status, commencing status and gender and is accessible to Western Staff only.
Applicants Dashboard
The Applicants dashboard provides a daily update on the number of unique applicants (1st and 1st-3rd) for domestic students planning to commence undergraduate study in each respective year for WSU and other UAC based institutions.
Offers Dashboard
The Offers dashboard provides a regular update on the number of offers for domestic students planning to commence undergraduate study at WSU and other UAC based institutions.
WSU Undergraduate Certificate Dashboard
The undergraduate certificate dashboard provides a regular update on the number of applicants, offers and enrolments for students planning to commence study in the undergraduate certificate courses on offer at WSU in 2021.
Student Enrolments
CIA produces a number of resources for tracking student enrolments, accessible to Western staff only.
The Daily Enrolment Dashboard
The Daily Enrolment dashboard displays a daily snapshot of the number of students enrolled in courses and units.
The Daily Mid Year Commencing Enrolment Dashboard
This Dashboard only counts commencing students who were not enrolled at WSU in the first half of each year at the respective course level (UG or PG).
Postgraduate Admissions Dashboard
The PG Admissions Dashboard provides weekly updates of the number of postgraduate applications, offers and enrolments by School and course for all intake periods throughout the year.
Student Life Cycle Dashboard
This dashboard compares how students that commenced in Autumn 2019, 2020 and 2021 in Autumn tracked through their first year of student. Future updates will see this extended to include further progression from when initial offers are made through to graduation.
Student Load Forecasting
CIA provides monitoring and analysis of student enrolment data to inform strategic decision-making around offers and budget planning. We conduct load forecasting using current student enrolments to project future student load and revenue outcomes. We also provide customised analysis and self-service dashboards for understanding student enrolments and retention.
