1PSQ Technology Master Plan	Move the ongoing management of the technologies deployed at 1PSQ from the project teams to Operations
Student Management System (Callista Replacement)	Finalise the choice of a replacement system for the current Student Management System (Callista).
Marketing Automation, Website Design and Analytics	In conjunction with the VP (People and Advancement), continue the rollout of the marketing automation solution to provide an integrated web presence including enhanced analytics (Project Lumbar and the Digital Spine).
Intergrated Workspace Management Solution (Archibus Replacement)	Replace the currently used Archibus system for Capital Works and Facilities and deliver enhance project portal capability
Staff Email to Microsoft Office365	Move staff email from internally managed infrastructure to the Microsoft Office365 hosted/cloud service.
Project Atlas (Infrastructure-and-a-Service)	Introduce IaaS to provide compute and storage capacity, flexibility and scalability in managing operational systems.
Wireless Upgrade	Upgrade wireless infrastructure across the University to increase capacity, improve network and traffic management and provide analytics capability
