Travel grants
With the support of Western Sydney University, a limited number of student travel grants are available to help students attend IEEE CCGrid 2026.
Grant value
This award will provide up to AUD $1,500 per student to reduce the cost of airfare, travel to and from the conference venue, accommodation, and conference registration.
The award will be processed as a reimbursement at the end of the conference. Save all receipts associated with conference attendance.

Award notifications sent: 30 April 2026
Eligibility
This travel award is only available to current students studying at institutions of higher education worldwide.
Priority will be given to those having an accepted paper or poster in the conference or workshops, and to enhance the diversity of participants.
Incomplete applications won't be considered for the award.
Expectations
Students receiving the award are expected to actively participate in the conference. As per the rules, the awardee must attend all sessions of the conference throughout its entire 4-day duration.
Airfare guidelines
Airfare must be purchased in the lowest available fare class.
Travellers who fly premium economy, business or first class must document the lowest available economy fare and pay the difference using personal funds.
