Conference Information for Exhibitors

The Western Sydney University Science Careers Networking Evening will connect you with science students across all years of study.

At this event, you will be able to raise your company or organisation's profile and meet face-to-face with potential candidates for employment and other work placement opportunities.

Key academics from the school will also be at the event to discuss your plans for 2019/20.

Time

The conference will run from 1.00pm – 5.00pm
WiSE Networking Program and Employer Exhibition are from 5.30pm – 7.30pm

Setup

Access to the venue for setup will be from 4.30pm. You will be provided with a display table with a cloth. Exhibitors should bring a single standalone company banner and materials to hand out.

Event Registration Policy

We reserve the right to limit the number of registrations accepted, based on available room at the event location. Western Sydney University also reserves the right to reject registrations once optimal exhibitor numbers are reached.

Event Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any event due to lack of registered participants, extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by Event Attendee

Notice of cancellation must be provided by email (Olivia Clark) at least 10 days prior to the event.
