Exhibitor Information

The  Social Work and Community Welfare Expo will connect you to students in all years of their degree, interested in a career in the human services sector

At this event, you will be able to raise your organisational profile on campus and meet face to face with some potential candidates for your current and upcoming job vacancies and volunteer opportunities.

Senior academics will be at the event to further understand and facilitate the requirements of students and graduates going into 2020 and beyond.

Setup

Access to the venue for exhibitor setup will be from 11am, or earlier if requested. You will be provided with a generous space, table and chairs. Exhibitors should bring a single standalone company banner and materials to hand out. One dressed trestle table and chairs will be provided.

Event Registration Policy

We reserve the right to limit the number of registrations accepted, based on available room at the event location. Western Sydney University also reserves the right to reject registrations once optimal exhibitor numbers are reached.

Event Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any event due to lack of registered participants, extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by Event Attendee

Notice of cancellation must be provided by email (k.fehlmann@westernsydney.edu.au) at least 10 days prior to the event.
