We at Careers organise discipline specific expos throughout the year. These events provide you with an opportunity to meet with students from the relevant schools.

Expos FAQs

What is the cost?

Depending on the event, the cost varies from free to $350 and NGOs are usually free. Please check the individual expo page for further information.

What is included?

You will get a dressed table with table signage and a light meal for 2 representatives.If there are extra inclusions they will be listed on the individual expo page.

How long does the expo go for?

Depending on the event, from 2 hours to all day. We also have careers evenings from 6pm to 8pm. See the individual information pages for more details.

Where are the expos usually held?

Most expos or career evenings are held at Parramatta City or South campus, but we also hold events at Bankstown, Campbelltown and Hawkesbury.

Can I sponsor an event?

Sponsorship packages are available for all events ranging from $500 to $1800 depending on event. For further information and inclusions, contact Karin McKinlay, Employer Liaison Coordinator, at or 4736 0898.

How do I register to attend?

Registration for any careers expo or evening is through CareerHub.  Follow the Registration link on the page of the event to register. If you have any issues with sign in, please contact Careers on 4736 0424.

Can I pay by credit card?

Once you have registered for the event through CareerHub, you will be directed to OneStop, our payment site, where you will be able to pay with Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, you can create an invoice that can be paid via BPay or at the local post office with any credit card.

Registrations are not open yet, how can I receive an invite?

To be added to our invite list for any of the expos, fill in our Expression of Interest for Expos(opens in a new window) form and you will be added to the invite list.
