Lithgow campus

Western Sydney University, The College Lithgow campus offers a number of our University Foundation Studies and Diploma courses.

The campus is situated in the Charles Hoskins Memorial Institute, which has undergone substantial refurbishment and redevelopment to become a state-of-the-art educational facility.

Lithgow is located within a beautiful natural environment, surrounded by the Great Dividing Range escarpments, is only a 2½ hour drive from Sydney and 40 minutes from Bathurst, and has direct rail links to Sydney's CBD.


Learning and teaching facilities

The College Lithgow campus provides a range of services and modern facilities to maximise the student learning experience.  It comprises four teaching areas, a dry/physics lab, a wet science lab, a computer lab (open 22 hours a day, seven days a week), a lecture theatre, and academic support services.

Additional campus facilities

Our Lithgow campus also offers a number of facilities to create an enjoyable and rewarding student environment. These include dedicated student spaces (plus outdoor patio and barbecue area), secure onsite car parking, social support services, and internet access.

Access to Lithgow's facilities

Our campus is centrally located within walking distance to the main shopping strip of Lithgow's CBD. Students can easily access local eateries, retail outlets, services and recreational facilities.
