Western Sydney University Risk Management Process

Risk Management is a process of systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices. It involves the activities of communicating, consulting and establishing context, as well as identifying, analysing, evaluating, treating, monitoring and reviewing risk.

Western Sydney University adopts the risk management methodology and approach based on the International Risk Management Standard AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009. The risk management process is summarised in the following diagram:
