Visit by Beijing Foreign Studies University Delegation

Western Sydney University and ACIAC consolidated their excellent relations with Beijing Foreign Studies University and its Australian Studies Centre when a delegation led by their President Peng Long visited Western Sydney's newest campus 1PSQ Parramatta.  WSU Vice Chancellor Barney Glover received them warmly and showed them around.  They were impressed with its high-tech facilities and enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop with views as far as the Harbour Bridge.  ACIAC has a close working relationship with BFSU Australian Studies Centre and is sponsoring the republication of the collected translations of Australian literature by BFSU Professor Li Yao.
