GIPA Access Information Form

To make a Formal Access Application to information held by the University, under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) – GIPA Act, please complete and submit the following form.

The application must be accompanied by the prescribed fee. Payment can be made online using the University’s Payments facility -  Office of Gvernance Services - GIPA Access Application.

Payment of $30 application fee can be made using the University’s Payments facility - Office of Governance Services - GIPA Access Application.

Processing Charges

The University may impose a charge (processing charge) for dealing with an access application at a rate of $30 per hour for each hour of processing time for the application. The application fee of $30 paid counts as a payment towards processing charge.

Discounts for such additional processing charge may be available for those who can show evidence of hardship, or if the information is of special benefit to the public.
