**As per section (30) of the Elections Policy, vacant positions that are not successfully filled after two rounds of nominations are able to be filled under section (55), through the casual vacancy process. Casual vacancies can be filled (at the discretion of the Chair) via the Chair appointing a member or via OGS holding another election.
