The 2016 Australian Unibattle on the Gold Coast

The 2016 Australian Unibattle was held on the Gold Coast from May 11-13. Over 1,000 university and TAFE students from across the country competed, with 38 students representing Western Sydney University.

Unibattle kick-started the 2016 university sporting calendar; delivering entertainment based sports, non-competition activities and themed social nights.

Western achieved 4 gold and 4 silver medals across six sports; beach touch football, beach soccer, beach handball, fast 5s netball, 3x3 basketball and dodgeball.
