Hawkesbury Gym to compete in Tough Bloke/ Tough Chick Obstacle Race

Western Sydney University Hawkesbury Gym will be competing at the 2016 Tough Bloke/ Tough Chick obstacle course race in Appin, just outside Campbelltown, on Saturday June 25.

The gym has 12 members signed up to compete across the 7km, 20 obstacle terrain, and they're encouraging both staff, students, gym and community members to join the team.

Anyone who wishes to join the Hawkesbury Gym team should sign up (Opens in a New Window) for Tough Bloke/ Tough Chick. When registering, enter the code word Spartan16 for a 10% discount on the $90 entry cost. The team will be entering the 9:30am wave – so remember to get up bright and early!

Obstacle course races are the most challenging, and physically rewarding events of the year. You don't need to be fit to compete; it's all about having fun and giving it a red-hot go!
